Understand how generative AI and large language models work, including their capabilities, limits, hallucination and bias risks.
Set up and compare ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for practical workplace tasks.

Apply few-shot, step-by-step reasoning and structured-output techniques through guided prompt exercises.
